Our Commitment
BehaviorCam is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors. We actively work to prevent our platform from being used in any way that could harm children.
Age Requirements
BehaviorCam is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. Our app is rated for mature audiences due to the nature of behavioral and deception analysis content.
- Users must be at least 17 years of age to create an account and use BehaviorCam.
- We do not target, market to, or design features for children.
- If we discover that a user is under 17, their account will be terminated immediately.
Prevention Measures
We have implemented the following measures to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform:
Content Moderation
- All uploaded media (photos, videos, and audio) is processed by AI for analysis purposes only and is not stored permanently on our servers.
- Our AI analysis systems are designed to detect and flag potentially harmful content.
- We do not allow users to share, distribute, or publicly display uploaded content through our platform.
- Uploaded content is processed in memory and deleted after analysis is complete.
User Reporting
- Users can report child safety concerns directly to our designated contact at jaime@streamingartistagency.com.
- All reports are reviewed promptly and treated with the highest priority.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of any child exploitation activity.
Account Actions
- Accounts found to be in violation of our child safety policies will be immediately suspended and permanently banned.
- We will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline as required by law.
- We retain relevant information as necessary to assist law enforcement investigations.
Data Handling
BehaviorCam processes user-uploaded media solely for the purpose of behavioral analysis. Our data handling practices support child safety in the following ways:
- Media uploads are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored.
- Analysis results are stored in association with user accounts but do not contain the original media.
- Users can request complete deletion of all their data at any time through our data deletion page.
- We do not share, sell, or distribute user-uploaded content to any third parties.
Training and Awareness
- Our development team is informed about child safety obligations and best practices.
- We regularly review and update our safety policies in compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
- We stay informed of evolving standards and guidelines from organizations such as NCMEC, the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and Google Play's child safety policies.
Cooperation with Authorities
BehaviorCam is committed to full cooperation with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in matters related to child safety. We will:
- Respond promptly to valid legal requests for information.
- Report suspected CSAM to NCMEC and relevant authorities immediately upon discovery.
- Preserve relevant records and evidence as required by law.
