On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage or cancel. In the app, tap your profile icon and select "Subscription" to view your plan details. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Open the app, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will recover any active subscriptions or token packs linked to your Apple ID.
Tokens are used for each analysis you run. Photo analysis costs 1 token, and video analysis costs vary by length. Your tokens refresh each billing cycle based on your subscription tier, or you can purchase additional token packs.

Visit our Data Deletion page to request deletion of your analysis data or entire account. You'll receive a verification code via email to confirm the request.
